2/5 The property amenities and views were as described in the listing. The location of the unit was perfect for beach views. The property was gated and we felt extremely safe with the process regarding who could gain access to the property. The property owner and guest team were very quickly responsive to any questions I had. However, the guest contact Ana, who was assigned to us was not as responsive. To get checked in, we had to reach out to the property owner to get access codes at the security gate as we had not heard from our guest contact person at the time of our arrival. The security guard at the entry gate had no paperwork of our stay when we arrived so we were held up quite a while until he could get the appropriate information regarding our stay.
