Nice little vaca home
5/5 Property was nice and clean. The only issues we had were some of the dishes in the kitchen had to be rewashed, but I think most of problem there was hard water deposits on the dishes. the hot tub cover also had an odor. The house was very comfortable and had nice lake views.

Great management
5/5 We were in another of their properties, and we discovered the morning after we checked in that there was flooding in the downstairs bathrooms. It was discovered that a sewer pipe had burst because of extreme temperatures the week before. I contacted Sharon and within 10 minutes, they came and assessed the situation and had another unit for us that we moved in within 20 minutes! They gave us a partial refund for our inconvenience and were just the nicest and helpful people. This unit that I am reviewing was lovely, soundproof, and had a lovely view. We liked it so much we want to rent it again for next year’s convention!
Great house for our Family Vacation!
5/5 This house was great for our Family vacation with friends. First off, Sharon was wonderful! She quickly responded to any questions we had and she even checked on us as she was driving by and we were out on the patio. Very nice lady! Here are some pro’s and con’s…
Pro’s: Sharon! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The community pools were great! We had one pool all to ourselves one afternoon! Nice to get away from the crowded areas sometimes. The hot tub was so nice and the kids loved it! The view from the back deck was so pretty at sunset. We even got to catch some fireworks while relaxing in the hot tub. The board games were a nice little thing for the kids. The coffee bar was super cute and well stocked! The beds were comfy and clean! Loved having laundry available when needed.
Con’s: Not a lot to complain or mention but just a couple of things. The rotted wood by the hot tub was a little disturbing. There was a section of the screened in porch that was missing but when I contacted Sharon to let her know, she did say that was being replaced in the week coming. There was a dehumidifier downstairs in one of the bedrooms that was leaking so the carpet was wet.
All in all, we will definitely be staying here again. We love staying in the Estates at Margaritaville!

Great house
4/5 The house was great! Clean. Had just about everything we needed.
My only complaints were we wished there were more dressers in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the screen porch would’ve been a HUGE plus.
It also would’ve been nice to be given an option for a golf cart rental. We saw a ton on the resort.
But all in all, it was great!! We enjoyed it. Great for families!
