3/5 Owner will not respond to messages or emails . Stay was nice . Entry was bad . I believe lock pad is low on batteries. Very nice unit .

- We have since further investigated your concerns with the lock pad and we're pleased to inform you that the batteries were at 70%. This leads us to believe that it's possible there was an operator error while trying to enter the home. We value your feedback and are taking steps to make the access instructions more clear so future guests do not share the same experience.
