We had a wonderful view of the lake from the sunroom. It was a very quiet part of fall creek. It had plenty room for all of us . Condo was very clean .

The condo location was great and Joshua is a real asset for you all. But we did have an issue with the cleaning of the condo. When we arrived it was very obvious that the cleaning was not good. The floors, the wood work carpets and kitchen were not very clean. It was bad enough for us to contact Joshua and he was very quick with his reply and sent the cleaning team back out while we left the condo. We came back a few hours later and the cleaning was surface at best. The floors were still dirty and no one seem to vacuum the carpet again. Plus there was a tripping hazard in the sun room, the rug was curled up in the corner and the double sided tape wasn't holding it down. They did replace the tape but it didn't hold so we just kept a chair on the corner of the rug.We were very disappointed with the cleaning and the over all shape of the condo.

-After your initial concerns, the cleaning team was sent out promptly to address the issues, but we’re sorry to hear that their efforts didn’t meet your expectations. The homeowner offered to send the cleaners a third time, but we understand you declined.
-As a gesture of goodwill, there was a refund issued to help make up for the inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Owner will not respond to messages or emails . Stay was nice . Entry was bad . I believe lock pad is low on batteries. Very nice unit .

- After hearing your feedback, we checked our records and could not locate any missed communication from you. Had we been made aware of your concerns, we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help.
- We have since further investigated your concerns with the lock pad and we're pleased to inform you that the batteries were at 70%. This leads us to believe that it's possible there was an operator error while trying to enter the home. We value your feedback and are taking steps to make the access instructions more clear so future guests do not share the same experience.
