Summmer vacation
4/5 The house was nice, not quite as pictured in the listing. The decor was a little cluttered and the yard was not maintained. Not a great choice for summer as the house does not have any type of air conditioning. Would likely be a better experience in the cooler months. Extra linens would be a plus. There was only 1 kitchen towel. Other than being hot, had a nice stay.

5/5 We loved this home. It was private, yet close to everything. The back yard was such fun in the evenings. The rooms were comfy and as promised. We saw a lot of the Cape and the surrounding area and then came and were able to enjoy family time. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

All the Cape Cod Feels
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Falmouth. The house is lovely and although close to everything, feels very private. The backyard is a great gathering space after a long day siteseeing or hanging out at the beach. The manager was quick to respond. We had a great trip to Cape Cod.

5/5 We absolutely enjoyed our week at this very private, beautifully decorated home. It was spacious and very comfortable. The backyard with the fire pit and grill was amazing. The home had everything we needed for a very relaxing week. It was close to grocery stores, shopping and many beautiful beaches. The basketball hoop in driveway was a big hit with the kids! We would definitely stay again. The check in and out process was very easy. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Definitely a five star vacation rental!
