5/5 Me and my family really enjoyed this vacation house. It was close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was nice and clean enough room for me and my family. I really enjoyed this house.

5/5 The description was accurate and we had plenty of room. It was a great place to stay with simple rules and clean up.Some reviews mentioned issues with the thermostat but we were fine the whole time. We’ll use this property again.

Not good
1/5 No real beds, box springs covered with large pillow of some sort. Owner controls heating and air. Have to text to turn heat off and ac on hot August owner had heat on in the house ay 83 degrees. Two roaches killed. Ask to get Amazon packages off porch. Mold in bathroom.

- We use a unique bed setup with a mattress placed on a metal frame, eliminating the need for traditional box springs. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- We adjusted the air conditioning per your requests, but we encourage guests to communicate directly to us so we can meet their comfort.
- We wholeheartedly encourage guests to reach out to us with any concerns that require attention. While we don't have mold concerns, we will certainly inspect for any mildew that may require removal. Additionally, we have the house sprayed for pests every two months, but we are committed to swiftly addressing the pest issue to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.

4/5 This was a perfect sized home for our purpose. We traveled to the area for a Celebration of Life for our step father and needed enough space for my family. The home was clean and inviting. We would have preferred for the beds to be more comfortable, they were too firm. And, we could not adjust the thermostat on the AC. It was set and locked and became too cool at night. There were not any extra blankets to use.

College football weekend
5/5 Nice house. Close to airport. Was great weekend trip with friends for the Penn State at Michigan football game.
