1/5 Booked this property for an entre week because is was walking distance from the ICU at Corewell Hospital as our daughter experienced a stroke. Lockbox entry code was not activated and had to wait for a key to be dropped off. The house was not cleaned and didn't seem like they were expecting new guests. Dryer was only blowing cold air. Contacted them and someone came to turn on the gas line only to return that evening to the smell of gas. We left the property only after one full night and moved to a hotel. We communicated all this as it was happening but when requesting a full refund, the owner refused. Nothing like adding huge financial stress on top of my daughters health crisis. Book this property at your own risk!
