Quick getaway
4/5 Went for a quick getaway to beach during off season. Cottage was charming and less than 2 blocks from beach. Just some things I noticed: not really a keyless entry. You punch in code on lockbox to retrieve key from box and use for bolt lock. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. We had to buy more for our short stay. Mold/dust in a/c units and shower. Didn't bother us but others may be more sensitive. Not dealbreakers but just things to consider.

1/5 The location of this property was the only positive experience during our stay. The cleanliness was terrible, the toilet seat was pealing and smelled or urine, the shower had a lot black mold in the grout on the walls and floor, the air conditioner filters were clogged with dust and mold, and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. All things that only happen if the place is never actually cleaned. This happens over time and is not just a one time missed cleaning. Our experience was horrible, no one should actually stay in this place for any period of time. Was happy to leave this place after our stay.

Deceiving
2/5 Extremely small. Toilet seat was ready to fall off. Took us 6 hours to find the light switch for the living room. Who puts a light switch for the living room by the bathroom door. The batteries for the security keypad were going dead. It would not even light up to get back in. If we didn't leave a day early we wouldn't have been able to go anywhere because we couldn't get back in. Suppose to get Hulu, Paramount+ and You Tube TV. Could only get these in the bedroom, not the living room. No outside light for going up and down the stairs. Would not reccomend. Great location but not worth the price
