  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very nice with beautiful views. The best of both worlds with the ocean and bay views. The only downside was the internet connection. We had to use our mobile hotspots to watch tv a few days. Tried calling our “property contact” and she never called back which was annoying. Other than that we loved it. May book again if the internet gets fixed.

  The property was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the ocean and Coastal Highway. Only complaint was the lack of hot water, we had to stagger showers and make sure we were quick. Would definitely stay here again.

• Pleasantly surprised

  When renting a place for the first time you never know what you’re getting but this condo was beautiful. Clean and comfortable which is high on my list. Wish we would have known we were on 19th floor but the view was spectacular. Did have a shower that didn’t drain but contact person Melanie was right on it. Very prompt. The other shower does get the floor wet and I read that on previous reviews. Hope for the sake of below condo this gets resolved. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend this condo and condo resort. Very nice people and great time of year to go.

  The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 5 and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was very nice. The view from the balcony overlooks the strip and the beach which was very relaxing and beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking our coffee. It’s only 2 minute walk from the room to the beach which was nice. This is a great location for families. This would be a 5 star review but there were some things that we felt like we shouldn’t have had to deal with considering we paid a couple thousand to stay there. The first day we ran out of hot water when two people showered at the same time, so for the remainder of the week we had to stagger our showers and limit our time in the shower. Not sure if there’s an issue with the water heater or if they have it on a timer. Also, we only got 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for the 5 of us for the entire week, which we should have been provided more. The tv in the living room doesn’t work at all. We even tried to switch the batteries from another remote and it still didn’t work. So it must be some electrical issue with the outlet, I don’t know. We did see a few reviews that addressed these same issues but we thought since it was brought up previously it would have been fixed but it wasn’t.

  It's so nice to hear you enjoyed our beautifully decorated condo and amazing ocean views.
  -We provide complimentary towels to our guests for the number of people staying, however, there is a washroom located on the first floor if you require more towels for your stay or need laundry services.
  -For the TV, we offered to come by to check it out but you kindly declined the offer. The tv is new and after your stay, we were able to confirm it was working fine.
  -We always want our guests to have a great comfortable stay so we do recommend you let the shower water run to ensure it reaches the desired temperature since it is a condo. We checked both showers and the water was running hot after a couple of seconds.
  We appreciate your insight and hope we get the opportunity to host you again and provide a better experience.
