Worst Stay Ever!
1/5 Entering the building made no sense and the doors to the elevators were locked, yet they said you need the room key to unlock the doors. But the room key was inside on the condo door. The condo was outdated, mattresses had holes and stains on them, light switches didn’t work, no lighting in the living room, and bed bugs bit both of my girls who slept in the bedroom with the twin beds! My girls had a cheer competition all weekend and had to perform with bites all over their faces, arms, legs, and neck. We refused to stay and went to a different hotel at 3am. My girls were traumatized and embarrassed to show their faces at the competition and at school after the weekend. 5 days later, they still have uncontrollable itching and welts all over their bodies. In my honest opinion, spend the extra money and stay at a hotel where you know the rooms are cleaned and sanitized!!!

3/5 The condo was in an excellent location with amazing views. We were quite disappointed by the condition of the condo. Both bathrooms were leaky and the condo was not the cleanest and all the furnishings were thrown together. The owner should be ashamed for not upgrading this unit. People pay a lot to stay there and deserve better
Deceiving landlord
1/5 Too many issues to summarize. Was told one shower was broken so we had to share the other. That shower didn’t work either! The tub was dirty! No working lightbulbs. We had to buy them. Broken glasses in cabinets. Mold, yes mold in other shower! Called for assistance and never got a reply! So many other issues also! Took our money and ran. So very disgusted. This unit should not be allowed to be rented until it’s cleaned and all issues corrected.

- We have removed the old shower and installed a new one along with a new floor and bathtub.
- I'm not sure about the broken glass it may have been a previous guest but it has been cleaned and disposed of.
- We hope that the measures taken by Evolve make up for the inconvenience.
