Ocean City Condo w/ Balcony & Direct Beach Access!

• View is great, but condo is not.

  Condo was not very clean, could not walk barefoot with out getting dirty feet.

  Condo needs a lot of repairs and a good cleaning.

  When we arrived, discovered we had 2 mismatch forks, 1dinner knife, no other flatware, and no kitchen towels. Cleaners had left a note, towels were in the dryer, they smelled like they had been in there a while.

  Internet did not work, outlet was pulled out of wall.

  We called and the Evolve representative did bring flatware and kitchen towels. She checked outlet and said she would take care of it. Someone from building maintenance came said it was the problem of internet provider and would let owner know. It was not fixed before we left.

  The draw front on night stand in twin bedroom was just placed on and fell off when touched. There or dirty hair oil stains on sofas head rests.

  I would not recommend this location or the managing company Evolve.

• Great location!

  The location of the property was perfect! My family and I loved the direct access to the beach that wasn’t crowded and the convenience of having tons of restaurants and activities to do in the area. Unfortunately, the $50 parking fee by the condominium was unexpected and the sofa bed wasn’t usuable. Thankfully the property manager was very accomendating and offered to pay for an air mattress which we opted not to get (we slept on the couch instead). There were a few things to be desired like an iron, full flatware set and curtains on the windows to get full night's sleep but for the price and location - it's a steal! We would definitely stay again if we wanted to take a last minute trip to OC MD.

• The View was Great

  Had a great location and phenomenal view!! The pictures are very misleading, condo very outdated and things run down. I was skeptical of bed bugs seeing the reviews but luckily I thoroughly check and saw none. I also brought my own linens, pillows and blankets . (I would suggest everyone do the same) other than that not bad, they do charge you $50 cash to park when you get there that is not included in room fee.
