Beautiful Sunset
4/5 We had a great time staying here! Good location for places to eat and driving out. We drove to Dewey Beach, Dover Downs and Asseteque Island.....seen the horses. Staying on the Bay side was not a mistake. Listening to the water was relaxing and the Sunsets were absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything you needed to cook, beds were comfortable! My only complaint was some stains on the carpets in the bedrooms.....could use updating. Condo is pet friendly, not alot of places to walk your dog to potty or swim, if your dog likes the water. Overall we made it work. Thanks to Autumn for helping us with any questions we had. She was great!
Terribly dirty and not maintained
1/5 When we arrived there was trash on the floor and the screen was detached from the frame. When reported to Autumn, the property manager, she stated that the unit was “fine” when she was there earlier. Mold, mildew and dirt that has accumulated for a long time were present on mattresses, floors and walls. The beds and furniture were very old and uncomfortable.

In response to your feedback, we conducted a thorough review with our housekeeping manager. After examining their records, they confirmed that they had completed the housecleaning checklist prior to your arrival and did not identify any issues with the cleaning of the condo.
-Additionally, we have a video recording taken after the cleaning process, which was also reviewed, and no issues with the cleanliness of the condo were found. It's important to note that we have consistently had a positive working relationship with our cleaning company, and they take great pride in their work.

5/5 We had an amazing stay, the bay view was spectacular and the location was nice and secluded. The property was clean and taken care of. No issues with anything, everyone was very happy with the vacation. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway that suites all ages.
