Evolve Realty double booked the house
1/5 The owners responded quickly so I found another house to rent but I’m still doing paperwork to dispute the charge and it’s very annoying. I guess too many people involved. Very frustrating!!

Charming Townhouse
5/5 Had a great stay with our pup. Small patio fenced in, plenty of places and little park areas to walk her. King bed was super comfortable and towels and bed linens good quality. Kitchen was appointed with basics and some nice extras. Great location, walked to Lee's Pint and Shell and Mahaffeys pub. Great craft beers & food. Had a pizza delivered from Homeslyce, also delicious. Plenty of nice pubs and foodie places within walking distance. King bedroom in back of house so it was very quiet with no street noise at all. Stair ceilings are very low so be careful if you are tall. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs some TLC at this price point
2/5 Nice owner, great location, but at this rate my expectations are higher for furnishings - more dishes/linens/cookware. One washcloth and a thin selection of dishware were a little disappointing. The carpet upstairs needs to be replaced. Bottom line recommend the owner drops the price or puts in some much needed TLC
