Great location and super clean
5/5 Location was close to many good restaurants and local attractions. We went for Christmas time and the cave lights were absolutely spectacular. The rental was clean and quiet and the neighbors were really nice. The place was a lot larger than we had anticipated. When I had a question our host promptly responded.

Underwhelming
1/5 We rented this quaint place for its charm. The surroundings are calm and lovely, and the old coffee co-op is a wonderful cafe 10 minutes walk away.The apartment… well, the images are fixed up for sure. It’s dirty and tired in need of a lot of TLC.When we arrived there were towels on the floor in one of the bedrooms, it looked like someone had slept on one of the beds upstairs,the third bed had no top sheets and it was quite dusty. We tried calling the two phone numbers to check that we had the date right. We also sent email to the indicated address. No response. The final evening we got hold of Seglinde. Who had not noticed our messages. She apologized profusely but offered no explanation or accommodations.
