  Hi Bonnie, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
  - When you let us know the floors and two chairs weren’t properly swept or dusted, we immediately reached out to our cleaning team to address the issue and ensure improvements moving forward. We also provided a standard refund for the inconvenience.
  - The pools are no longer available to renters due to past compliance issues, but we’re happy to have shared alternative options for swimming at Terrace Lakes Resort.
  We appreciate your feedback and are committed to ensuring a great experience for all our guests.

• Beautiful and comfortable cabin

  We had a great time at the cabin this weekend. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and easy to find, from the location to the dishes and extra linens. We especially loved the woodstove--it made everything so cozy as we sat around in the evenings playing games.

• Great place to chill with the family

  The cabin is beautiful and has lots of character (lovely lighting options). Lots of room to spread out and have privacy and a roomy main area where we all hung out and watched the fireplace burn.

  The kitchen had all the equipment necessary to make all meals during our stay.

  The location and pool access were awesome. Our teens saw elk for the first time and loved getting to soak in the hot spring pools. We also made a jaunt over to Kirkham in Lowman to experience a hot spring in nature.

  Just enough internet to get some important things done and not enough for everyone to zone out streaming individual entertainment options. This helped encourage us to play several board games together (we brought some and there were several on site), as well as watch a couple of movies (a very nice selection on site).

  The only heads up I would give is that the beds are really new and very firm. My husband and I chose to camp out on the couches the last night to get a more restful night.

• Beautiful getaway

  Such a serene property. We felt so comfortable there. It was very clean. The community pool access was so nice! We had so much fun and had everything we needed to make great meals together! We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition at this beautiful home ❤️ Thank you so very much!
