Great location!
4/5 This house has a beautiful view with a great cove to snorkel. The beach is rocky but the water is so clear you can see the fish from the deck. Larry the gardener is fantastic at his job and a wealth of knowledge about the island so be sure to talk to him if you see him.The house layout is great but the inside is very dated.If you like air condition this is not the house for you. The upstairs bedroom air did not work at all and the living room air doesn't do much to cool the downstairs. If you are cooking dinner as the sun sets the kitchen can be extremely hot. There is usually an ocean breeze but not always. We had lovely weather and like the windows open. Great house and location but would recommend some upgrades for the price point.

Hawaiian paradise
5/5 This property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for 8. The view is amazing right from your deck. We will be back and I’m sure we will stay here again. We had a small issue during check in but it was taken care of very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better management or owners!!

Best vacation rental
5/5 My husband & I spent our 5 yr anniversary in Kona and had the Best stay at this amazingly cozy house with Fantastic sunsets from the house and pool area. It is located in a Great area close to beaches, golf courses and all the shopping and restaurants you need. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

5/5 The house is fabulous. It's in a great central location with easy access to everything. Loved being near the water and also having a pool. Enough rooms for everyone in our group. Mahalo!
Beautiful and peaceful
4/5 Everything was wonderful! The house and setting was the best spot for life and sunsets. The only problem that we had was that the A/C was not central air as advertised. Air units worked well in bedrooms but was not adequate for living areas in the afternoon. Otherwise very nice and so beautiful!
