  The hot tub was the reason we booked this house and the water was green the day we got there. The property manager was very responsive and came over to drain the water and refill it. However, the water never heated up enough for us to use it the whole stay. The house wasn’t very clean. The ceiling fans had not hs of dirt in them that fell to our bed. One of the bathrooms wasn’t working properly so we had to fill it up with water. Also c the dining room lights kept on flickering so we had to eat with very little light.

  Hi Gina, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  – When you let us know about the issue with the hot tub, we responded right away and provided options for treatment. Since you opted to have it drained, we informed you that refilling and reheating the 4,000-gallon spa would take time, which unfortunately meant it wasn’t ready during your stay. The hot tub is now ready for future guests.
  – After your visit, we inspected and cleaned the ceiling fans. There was only a little dust, but we made sure they were in top shape. We weren’t aware of any bathroom issues during your stay but have since checked and confirmed everything is functioning well. The dining room light switch was temperamental, so we replaced it with a standard on/off switch.

  The 2 units are great for families. Plenty of space for groups of all ages! Super clean! The jacuzzi is really big and in a perfect spot!

• 2024 Annual Big Bear Getaway

  This property was exactly as described. Did not realize this was 2 units, upstairs and downstairs, but no biggie. Kitchen well stocked with cooking pots n pans, utensils, etc. Bathrooms totally clean and functioning. Bed Sheets and pillowcases were extremely soft. Outside property was clean and orderly. Very Quiet Neighborhood. Very close to The Village in town. Overall a delightful time. Thank you very much!

• Great trip for mtn getaway

  Spent the weekend with my buddies and their spouses for a getaway on the lake and on the golf course. House is perfectly located near the action but still hid away off the beaten path where you can enjoy the peace of the mtns. All amenities worked great. Spa is impressively large and can surprisingly fit all that the house sleeps! Would absolutely book again.

  Stayed here with a couple of friends for my birthday and everything was so clean, organized, and the jacuzzi was the largest one i have ever been in!
