    My stay was wonderful. I do have to say that correspondence to begin with was very frustrating. The name and address on my info was incorrect. It took me days to finally get that handled. I tried and tried to reach the person that was listed to either call and or email to no avail. I reached out to the evolve team and we figured it out. Once I given a good contact, everything was pretty seamless. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The view is beautiful and I enjoyed every minute of sitting on the patio. The only con is the noise. It can be pretty bad at times but it never bothered me. It did my boyfriend. Just be aware it can get noisy, it’s HIGHLY traveled and people blare their car radios. Once again, the trade off for the location and view was well worth it. The only other con is the parking. The spot for this space is in between two trucks. One huge one and one small one and can be tight depending on your vehicle and no guest parking to speak of. Guest parking is in a very weird, hard to use area and not to be used for more than 3 hours. We had 2 vehicles at times as we were there for a month. All and all, I highly recommend staying here. In fact I tried to rent it again already!

  • Decent location but numerous problems

    This is the message I sent to the condo owner on Monday Aug 9th when we checked out. I didn't get a response so no idea if any of the below items were addressed. Also be aware that this condo is on the 2nd floor directly above Ali'i drive. Consequently, it is noisy from vehicle and foot traffic.

    Message to owner:

    Marta was great about getting back to us and having the handyman stop by to address some issues.

    1) No idea why the microwave went out and then came back on. We thought the handyman had been here while we were out. He hadn’t been. It came back on by itself after being off for about 14 hours. Might be an electrical issue to investigate.

    2) The hall closet door needs to be replaced as it falls over when you try to open it and is dangerous for kids.

    3) There needs to be a handle on the inside and the outside of the entry door. It’s very hard to open and close without a doorknob or other type of handle especially with hands that are slippery from sunscreen.

    4) If there is recycling on the property please let guests know where it is. If there isn’t, please let guests know where they can take recycling.

  • Hard to leave the bed!

    The views from bed are pretty amazing. First cup of coffee there every day! If you enjoy watching the ocean and the people - this is place is perfect. Some noise from Alii Drive but we thought the location was worth it! We were here 10 days and the room had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
