4/5 Good location with nice views. Interior clean but decking was dirty with spider cobwebs. Cleaning crew should address that.

The condo needs work.
2/5 The good news is the air conditioning worked, and there was hot water and decent water pressure. The bad news is there were lots of things that were not available or need serious attention. The windows are extremely hard to open and close. The living room needs a ceiling fan. There wasn’t even a broom or a dustpan in the entire unit. We had to search for a kitchen sponge. There was one saucepan. The frying pans were disgusting. No one should ever have to use those things. They were too small drinking glasses. The list goes on and on. No comfortable outdoor furniture on the back deck with the view. The smart TV was a joke. Couldn’t even get ESPN. 125 a night plus fees and I don’t even have cable. Not good. The mattresses were like rocks. You get the drift. It’s a nice unit with a good view and a great location. Someone needs to put some attention to that unit.

Hi Stefany, we take guest feedback seriously, and we're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
- We’ll look into the difficulty opening the windows, as this is the first time this issue has been raised, and we’ll do our best to resolve it
- There’s a ceiling fan located between the loft area and living room to help with air circulation
- The broom and dustpan were accidentally locked in the supply closet, but we’ve notified our cleaning team to ensure they’re available for guest use moving forward
- The home has a couple of saucepans and two skillets available. The non-stick skillets do show some wear from past use with metal utensils, and we’ll consider replacing them soon
- The outdoor furniture is wooden, blending with the natural mountain setting
- The smart TV is equipped with Roku and various streaming apps for guests to log in and access entertainment

Review of rental
5/5 We enjoyed our visit so very much. Our only complaint was the tiny shower upstairs, too small to bathe in!! Add a small vacuum to the rental would be great!
