We were in town for Parent's Weekend at Georgia College, and although Hurricane Helene passed by and changed a lot of plans that weekend that had a lot of trickle-down effect, the owners were very accommodating and worked with us around a number of factors, even while they were dealing with their own weather issues at their primary home. The home was great and beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we spent a lot of time on the back porch with the relaxing view! It ended up being a nice weekend for us after all, and we highly recommend to others!

Love the water frontage, howevwr getting to property feels unsafe because of abandon trailers and just iverall disarray of pripertiea around it. The property was fairly clean, however the house shows concerning structural settlement, which made me unease, which prevented me from enjoying the beautiful lake views ,etc.

I stayed at this house with 6 other friends for 4½ days. The house is beautiful inside and out. Tons of pots/pans for cooking. Tons of utensils. They had some toiletries for us already as we arrived. The dock house down by the lake is really rustic and nice with a BIG TV. The dock had a ladder for easy in and out access to the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and it had plenty of room to tie up onto the dock. We even caught a few bass from the dock as well. The gas grill on site was in good shape, however, the blackstone was rusted so we couldn't use that. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in the future.
