A Magical Gem!
5/5 Words cannot describe how much we fell in love with this place, Cookie and her hospitality! The location is unreal-pure water views. We could have stayed on the dock all day talking to the friendly neighbors, fishing for crab! At night, Cookie had wood delivered so we could enjoy amazing sunsets and starry skies under the amazing Live Oak and Spanish Moss. The home is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches throughout. During the day we saw incredible amounts of birds on the river, fish and crab, at night we saw armadillo wondering in the yard. We stayed for three memorable nights during a long road trip down to the Florida Keys. The rest of the trip we talked about how special Cookie's place is--thank you!!!

Lovely Home... great host...
5/5 Whit's End is a beautifully decorated, clean home with lots of charm. Cookie is a great host who made sure our stay was the best it could be including having a Low Country Boil kit delivered to the door! Updated, state of the art kitchen appliances, outstanding linens and bathrooms. Close to Savannah (a half hour at most) and about an hour to Jekyll island and St. Simons. Off the beaten path but that means it's also quiet and serene. No cable or satellite but it does have internet and Wifi - we brought our firestick with us - not that we watched that much TV with the beautiful sunsets. My hubby, our 4 year old Chocolate Lab and I high recommend this rental.

A Little Slice Of Heaven
5/5 I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful this property is. It has the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen! I’ve stayed in homes all around the USA and Cookie is the best host ever. The family detached from the world for a few days and we so needed that. We saw dolphins every day. We are already planning our next trip back to heaven. Thanks for the hospitality!!
