CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- Prior to your arrival, please send the Guest Contact a complete list of all guests over 16 to give to the Coosawattee Association to be able to gain access to the gated property
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible to provide the name of guests in the reservation for the gate, so that there aren't issues upon arrival

- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The Guest Contact will send you an email prior to your arrival with information about where you can pick up your amenities pass upon arrival 
- The property is located in a gated community. To access, check in at the gate on Ellington Road. Once at the gate, provide property address & lot number (BB 490), cabin name, first & last name on the booking confirmation, ID, and confirmation email
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will provide the code prior to arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return guest passes to unit 
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to outside garbage can near front steps
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade. Please do not strip beds
- Promptly pick up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee (2 dogs max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM
- The HOA requires pets to be on leash at all times
