We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Cabin was very clean and met all of our needs. The front door is hard to open and shut. (This does not take anything away for our experience) we loved the cabin and would stay again.
Cabin is close to town and supplies. It’s in a beautiful area. We visited waterfall and swinging bridge! Stop at welcome center and get ideas for hikes and restaurant recommendations.
Make sure to read the map at entrance to cherry log mountain. Need a good car, preferably SUV. Road is very bumpy and has pot holes. Our GPS took us to a wrong entrance. Make sure you enter at Cherry Log Mountain sign.
Cute little cabin. Rustic, but cozy.

Property was nice and what was expected. Finding the property was quite difficult. Area owners could not identify the location by address or pictures of property. Called and left voicemail with manager but never got a callback. We were able to locate the cabin after about 30 minutes of riding around. We had to walk the area woods to locate enough firewood to have a fire at night in the fire pit. The wood rack located near the pit was empty. Overall stay was good and it is in a beautiful spot. Very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend getting detailed directions before arrival.

The place is so cozy and clean, and close to downtown Blue Ridge and lots of hiking. Nice deck with hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!
