Rainy weekend in Tampa
4/5 The house was great. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Unfortunately, it rained 48 hours straight on our weekend getaway and we discovered indoor activities were limited in the area. Had to drive 30-45 minutes to find indoor activities for adults. We were hoping to utilize the dock and pool more but Mother Nature was not on our side.

Thanksgiving
5/5 This was the perfect house to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Florida. Plenty of space for everyone that came for dinner . The pool was a good size . Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to swim. The house manager was great! She responded right away with any questions I had. I would stay again !

Quite canal-front escape
5/5 My wife and I enjoyed a short getaway at this canal-front property. The house was immaculately cleaned and has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the pool with the sun shelf and additional seating.

Comfortable and Inviting
4/5 Home is a work in progress, owner is working on decorating and adding amenities to improve the home. Steps are numerous, one must be aware when using the sun room and pool area. Sophia was helpful, overall we were satisfied.

The weather was good. Poorly maintained property
1/5 Pool heater nonfunctional. Cameras everywhere. Outdoor furniture falling apart. Dangerous steps from house to sunroom and on dock. Boat lift not working. Unable to dock boat. Deck boxes full of debris. Nonfunctional lights in one bedroom. Overall unsatisfactory Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

We’ve confirmed that we do not advertise a heated pool or access to the boat lift within the description which is why we do not market it as an amenity in the listing. We do, however, disclose the property features two external security cameras in the pre-stay email sent to guests.
