Basic Rental- lacking the essentials
2/5 This rental was very basic for the price and was lacking in the essentials. 1. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Enough plates for 4 people despite sleeping 6. No cutting board, can opener, bottle or wine opener, wine glasses, etc. In the kitchen, there were 2 drawers with supplies, a couple of doors with basic pots and pans and everything else was empty.2. The living area does not have a TV, yet there is a TV in every bedroom. In order to watch something in the evening, you had to sit in bed.3. No deck furniture! You could not sit outside unless you pulled out a high-top chair from the kitchen. 4. Dark in the main living area. Would be easy to update the fixtures and add more reasonable light.5. Says parking for 4, but you have the garage, the pad in front and a little dirt patch that is shared since the building is a duplex.Positives:1. Unit was clean2. Use of the garage was helpful
