  Great place to relax, clean, comfortable, very well stocked. Everything we needed for an enjoyable time. Being pet friendly was a big plus also. Would stay here again.

  This home and the owners should get a 10 STAR review as we were pleased as punch with our entire stay. The owners did an awesome job of everything, TOP NOTCH and here’s why... we indicated that we would be arriving late like 2:00 a.m. so we were concerned about getting into the house and we had absolutely no problems. So, we’re not sure if they remembered this or not, but we were supplied with eggs, milk, bread, for breakfast the next morning which saved us a trip to the store. We even had bottled water and the purified water pitcher was full in the fridge just for us to replenish from the tap during our stay, and other condiments in the fridge for us to use. Then we had a beautiful basket of fresh fruit and 2 bottles of wine that we walked in on. The house was immaculate and sparking clean, comfortable beds, LOTS of pillows, lots of room, the kitchen was VERY well supplied and a pantry that had goodies to choose from and we left a few ourselves. The bathrooms were well supplied with lotions, shampoos, conditioners, you name it, there was nothing that they didn’t miss. Lots of pool towels and pool rafts that we enjoyed, TVs in every room, a beautiful electric fireplace in the living room, a directory that was professionally put together about the house and what we needed to know, things to do and how far the places were from the house, markets, shops, fun things to do, etc. nearby – that was so handy to refer to. Brandi, our contact, responded within a relatively short time when we had a question. The pool was awesome and had a few family members over to enjoy it with us one afternoon. We enjoyed using the very clean BBQ one night and sitting out in the lanai and around the pool having a cocktail and loved the firepit that was in the “spacious” green lush backyard – they even left some “starter” firewood. My sister who lives in the area was thoroughly impressed with the home and has adult children that will be coming to Spring Hill to visit and this is going to be their 1st choice in a rental. We treated this home as our own and hope that others will respect it likewise because that is what a person needs to do. This is our only choice of a rental when we return to Spring Hill (hopefully it will be available when we return) which will be often as we have family there. So, kudos to the owners (Terry and Vicki) – you surely know how to make a person feel as if they are at home. Thank you from Southern California. Bev and Jon
