• Great location to see the sights!

  My wife and I stayed for 6 days and found the home to be just as advertised. The location is great because of its proximity to the north edge of the Tampa/St. Pete area, as well as the inland parks and scenery found in central Florida like Silver Springs, Floral City and Mt. Dora. Also, minutes away from Gulf Coast Cities, Parks, and very close to Weekee Wachee and Homosassa Springs. It was also great to be able to come back home in the afternoon for a dip in the pool.

  Our hosts stocked the fridge and pantry with goodies (including fruit and wine), and the kitchen had all the spices, condiments, dishes, pots and pans, etc., that we needed for our whole stay.

  This was the perfect place for my sister and I to stay while coming to Spring Hill to visit family. There were benefits of not being in a hotel. We were able to cook instead of eating out and it was very close to the people we were visiting. The home was clean and the pool was a nice bonus feature. The host left us a few little nice surprises, too!

• Dog friendly and Manatee heaven

  We were impressed with how quick the owner took care of an issue in another review about the fence next door allowing another dog through. Honestly the neighbors to the right were the only real down side as they were extremely loud doing home renovations our entire stay.

  Weeki wachee and Homossassa springs were amazing. We also did a trip to Crystal River so we ended up seeing manatees everyday. Enjoyed the pool for the first couple of days and appreciated our dogs being able to come.

• Quick Stay

  Our stay at this property was not for vacation but due to the death of my dad. So I really can’t rate the property as if we were vacationing. However, two things that stood out was the master bedroom, bed was not comfortable at all. The other thing is that we had our dog with us and we couldn’t let him in the back yard because the neighbors dog kept coming under the gap at the bottom of the fence.
