The Good, the bad and the ugly
4/5 Postive comments first. Wow! the location can not be beat. It is local in a quiet area but close to everything and only a block from the beach. It intercoastal waterway behide the house is great. We saw dolphins almost everyday. It was so relaxing to sit out there in the mornings. The furnishings were very comfortable and there was room for everyone. There were chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys to use out in the garage. Overall the place was pretty clean. Our Kim was responsive and helpful. All of these things out weighed the following.
The bad and the ugly. The place needs LOTS of TLC. The flooring was extremely outdated. There was paint chipping away in places where they had had water leaks in the ceiling. It did rain hard while we were there and there were not any current leaks. Paint chipping around windows and doors. Very little room for dinning. Walk in the front door and hit the dinning room bench. The coffee table in the living room had not been wiped down and you could tell everyone prior had put their feet up on it and the large bathroom floor was not clean.
Would I stay there again? I would. Just would like to see some love put back into a great place.

Wonderful Stay!
5/5 We loved this property. It is close to everything! We saw dolphins on the inlet, enjoyed evenings on the pier, and walked right across to the beach daily. The property is very spacious - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer is extremely helpful, and all the comforts of home are right there. The owner is openly available at any moment. We appreciate that you can take pets to this property - we thought we had to take our 2 golden retrievers and ended up not needing to, but having the ability is wonderful! This property is also fully equipped with beach chairs, floats, toys, and anything you need for the beach. Thank you for a lovely week!
