  Property was nice, view was great. Couch/bed in livingroom was uncomfortable to sit on and unstable to sleep on. Couldn't use direct TV in livingroim or master bedroom.

  -Regarding the TV in the living room and master bedroom, detailed instructions were included in the welcome letter to help navigate the system. The homeowner didn’t receive any further communication after providing this information, but they’re always -happy to assist with any technical issues during your stay.
  -The couch/bed in the living room should be both comfortable and stable. The homeowner didn’t receive any reports of issues during your stay, but they will ensure that the condition is checked and will address any necessary improvements.

• Great views!

  We had a comfortable stay here and really enjoyed this corner condo with views all around. The layout was perfect for our family and the kitchen was outfitted well enough for us to eat in as much as we wanted. The owner was excellent to deal with, however the property manager was a ghost. We reached out because the main sliding door to the balcony stopped working. She said she’d let maintenance know and that was the end of it. Luckily the bedroom door to the balcony still worked but once we put the baby to sleep no one could enjoy the balcony.

• Great view, but…

  We had a great vacation despite the lack of necessary and working equipment. There was little things around the condo that weren’t in working order (sink sprayer, bathroom fan, bathroom lock, clogged drain in

  Master bedroom) we removed a hair clog the size of a small animal. We also ran out of toilet paper!!!!!!! And there are no beach towels!!!! No food staples like sugar!! And no place to hang a wet bath towel for 5 people! Pool bathroom code was wrong! The beach is awesome and the view spectacular, but when people fly from another state to a beach town they don’t pack pantry staples or beach towels.

  - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Panama City Beach, Florida condo and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business.
  - The property provides a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, body soap, and trash bags for the first day or two. Guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies as needed for their stay.
  - We do not provide sugar or coffee, so guests should plan to bring their own or purchase upon arrival.
  - Beach towels are not provided, and guests are advised to bring their own.
  - There are clothing hangers available in the closets for your convenience.
  - Each bathroom has a towel rack, and there is a washer and dryer available for laundering towels as needed.
  - For any maintenance issues, guests can contact the host or owner directly. We did not receive any calls regarding maintenance concerns during your stay.

  Clean only problem was with the Smoke Detector and owner never sent anyone to fix.

  - We apologize for the issue with the smoke detectors. The HOA and Panama City Fire Department were conducting routine testing during your stay.
  - The maintenance of the smoke detectors is managed by Sterling Reef HOA for safety, and we did not receive any call regarding this matter.

• Great location, great view, great place to stay at PCB

  Well stocked and cute spot for a week getaway at PCB. Owner was quick to respond and take care of our needs. Loved our spot on the beach …and loved the rest of our time on this porch!
