Pinnacle Port
4/5 The upstairs master is warm. There were fans in the unit which kept us somewhat comfortable. Keep in mind that there are no sheets provided for the sleeper sofa. You might also want to bring a few extra towels for bathing depending on the number of people visiting. We had 6 people. Having a code for the door lock was convenient.

5/5 There were lots of things to like about this condo:
* 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very convenient for my family of four
* Very interesting layout where the upstairs extends across the width of the wing of the condo, so that one bedroom faces the ocean and the other faces inland but with a partial ocean view. Never seen this before, and really liked it
* Condo contained everything we needed....equipped kitchen, table for games/cards, enough family room seating for us 4, Roku TV, washer/dryer, well-functioning AC
* Balconies off of main floor and master bedroom were enjoyable
* Super convenient to the beach, which was mostly families, which we were happy about
* Pools were clean and pleasant
* Convenient to Back Beach Parkway for getting into PCB
* Enjoyed an evening of shuffleboard using clubhouse-provided equipment
* Despite some elevator downtime, (at one point only 1 of 3 were working), the waits for elevators were never a problem
* Beautiful neighborhood to drive through between front gate and condo
* We stayed 4 nights and wish we'd stayed longer!

needs updating
1/5 Prioperty needs updating, care, better household items. Bath towels small, freid, old. 1/4" of dust on bathroom exhaust. kitchen has what i beleive to be a 7 foot cieling. no bed sheets for pull out couch. overall the unit could be cleaner and updated/ The building (a high rise) is old and tired. location is good beach is nice, we will not be returning.
