Beautiful location
4/5 This property was an awesome location close to restaurants and the beach. Very friendly neighborhood and beautiful views of the river. A couple of things did not resonate with us…the Spectrum connection was terrible, TV buffered every few minutes which was very annoying. As well there is only one TV in this property and is located in the same room as the washer/dryer which normally may not be a big issue, however the washing machine was beyond loud (dated) which certainly impacts tv enjoyment. The dryer is also very dated and took well beyond the normal time to dry. As a vacationer having efficient laundry is a must. One other note, the master bedroom which has a beautiful view of the water, the bed was so high we chose to sleep in the second bedroom. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a basic instruction sheet for the property, there was no information on the day to day basics, etc. I only mention the above so that the owners can make some improvements for future guests.
