Stay at the Boat House
5/5 Our stay at the Boat House was very enjoyable and furnished with all of the necessities. The Boat House was clean, nice dock to fish from and close to many activities around New Port Richey. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home
5/5 Beautiful home on the water. It was so relaxing and inviting. The home was very clean and well stocked. We've been to a lot of rentals and this by far was the best stocked home. We enjoyed using the kayaks and lawn chairs for day trips. The furniture was comfortable. The towels and linens were fresh and clean. The neighborhood was stunning. The private beach was gorgeous and close to the home. I would HIGHLY recommend this home. We had such a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful home, stunning views.
5/5 This home is beautiful. The screened sitting area overlooking the water was so relaxing. The home was very clean and well stocked. We've stayed a lot of places and this was by far the most stocked home we've stayed at. It was so nice to have containers to pack lunches for day trips. When you are flying it is hard to have the "little" things with you, and this homeowner was very thoughtful in this area. We used the kayaks and caught fish. We borrowed the lawn chairs and went to Dunedin for the day sitting by the water. It was just an absolutely beautiful home and I can't say enough about it. The private beach is gorgeous and so close to the home. The furniture was comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this home. This visit may cost my husband some money as I'm pretty sure I need to have a house in Florida now. LOL Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

4/5 We enjoyed ourselves with quiet morning breakfasts out on the porch watching the water views and birds. Easy access to shopping and eating out if you choose. If I had to say anything that would have been beneficial it would have been to have better control/explanation of how the thermostat worked. It got a little warm for sleeping, but other than that it suited our needs
