Nice house close to Disney/ESPN
4/5 The house was nice we did have an issue with the hot tub the first night we got there, we contacted Evolve and they did get the pool guy out the next morning and the issue was resolved. The only complaint was 2 of the bedrooms had mattresses that springs popped every time you sat on it or laid down. An upgrade on mattresses is definitely needed for the comfort of the guests.
Unclean
2/5 In one of the master bedrooms, there is a spring that is visible. None of the towels were clean because guests have to clean them before they leave in the morning. The guests before us had to have just dried them without washing because there was hair all in them and after we cleaned the towels we used they were much whiter, with no hair and smelled so much better. None of the sheets/comforters match and have not been replaced in a long time as there are fuzz balls all over them and could not be cleaned with any form of bleach because they are all colored sheets. The house hasn’t been updated in a long time and the sink/everything was just extremely dirty. The house also had a smell when we first entered. Overall the cleanliness of the property was hard to get over.
