  We had to buy washcloths and ant spray they was real bad called and told them bugs in the tub and in the bedrooms tried to contact the owners no answer the blankets smelled had to wash everything not a place I want to stay at ever again.

  we knew we wouldn’t be there to swim..

  We did fill pool for you…as it was sucking vey loudly for the entire day

  the floors & in all bathrooms are dirty & on wall in front of commodes sides of floors.. and it up set my youngest that he was getting a Jurassic park bed spread and it was not.. only one in room other some thing sorta bland.. (falsely advertised). I’ll enclose picture .. blinds in their room also was broken ..

  And I do not thinks if you pay well over a thousand dollars for a place for only 31/4 days you should have to wash towels ..(even though we always take out our garbage ) why pay him !! Of course you know 😆VCR wasn’t connected no connection available .. table place-mats were dirty ..also there was a loaf of bread thrown right outside pool drawing ants to it..

  These are not normal thingsTo find. As we’ve rented different areas each year Daytona.. Clearwater.. Naples.. Miami..

  this reflects on whom you have clean.. tell them to shape up snd do their job correctly..

  and let owner know we want some reimbursed for heating pool ( when we specifically said no thank you for the extra money as we weren’t there ti use pool) and two days without AC it was 82 degrees in house.. .. we were unaware it wasn’t working we were so tired when we arrived but it 82 in the house night snd day but according to guy that fixed it there had been trouble with it for a while

  if you also manage house next door ??? The guy that was there was smoking pot and it filled out first bedroom and bathroom rendered it useless!! Bad bad stuff for my kids and us too .. let me hear from you please today.. something???

  The house was very nice and spacious, with more than enough room for my family of four. When we arrived the house was nice and clean but we did find ants in two of the rooms. Our main issues was with listing the pool heat as 30 a day which is simply untrue. You have to pay 30 for the pool AND 30 for the spa. Since you cant heat one without the other i feel it would have been more accurate to list the pool heating amenities as 60 per day. I also tried to reach the owner for more clarification and never heard back. We did have an issue with the spa not getting hot and reached out the manager of the property and he had someone over quickly to fix the issue. Had I known the pool heating would be so much we would have went with a different property. The wifi was also garbage. We couldnt get anything to work once connected to it.
