  The property was very clean and orderly. The girls loved the themed rooms and the dress-up clothes. Pool was the perfect temperature and the property location was great for all of the Disney parks.

  This property was amazing! Clean, comfortable, every amenity needed was there! Close to Disney and other fun activities! Used delivery for groceries and food items!

  Loved access to the laundry and dishwasher!

  Arcade was a huge bonus!

• Great stay, memories made

  Really nice property, pool was awesome, plenty of room for a family and so much do to and play.

  Close to shopping and other attractions. The king size bed mattress was firm but I slept like a baby. The kids loved the arcade room! The kitchen is fully stocked. Grocery stores close by. The club house has a little mart in case you need any household items.

  Disney Escape was a decent stay. Billy was a great host and the House was very clean and had everything we needed.

  It was our opinions that the 2 larger beds were extremely firm, was very uncomfortable when we were used to a medium/firm bed. This wasn't a deal breaker at all, just was hard to get comfortable to rest for our 2 week stay.

  The hot water would take forever to get to the shower in master bedroom or to the kitchen. Was minor, just felt like we were wasting water to reach hot temps.

  Our biggest issue with the house was the flooring. It was so very creaky. We would get up in the middle of the night to go to the kitchen for something, and the loud creaking would echo throughout the house and would disturb other family members who were sleeping.

  Kitchen table area very cramped for a family of 6, getting to the pantry was trying at times, but we managed.

  Very minor issue is the arcade room which was to be the attraction for our children, our kids lost interest in the arcade games after the first day. The games are old(outdated) and not very appealing to our children. Pac-Man, and other First generation games were not of interest for our 12 & 8 year old's. For myself and my adult son, the Star Wars pinball game was the only enjoyed game. Basketball was good

  Pool area was great, very clean and in very good condition. Pool noodles and other floating devices were nice to have.

  Our youngest Daughter loved the princess room and all the dresses to wear and try on!

We are so glad to hear that everyone enjoyed the heated pool and that the pool noodles and floats were a bonus. It touches our heart that your youngest daughter loved the Disney princess room. The themed Disney princess room is a big hit for little girls who love to dress-up in the many Disney princess dresses, shoes and attire we provide to make their stay very magical. Like so many of our guests who spend time in the arcade room, we are not surprised to hear that you and your adult son enjoyed the Star Wars pinball game and dual shot basketball game. With all the good things you had to say about your stay, we are disappointed to hear that your stay was just decent. Our goal is to provide the best vacation experience for all guests of all ages, from children, teenagers to adults. For adults, we provide Florida beach-themed bedrooms with modern furniture, medium-firm mattresses that are very comfortable for most of our guests. However, sometimes it is hard to match everyone's comfort level when it comes to mattresses, but we try. The adult bathrooms are updated, and beach themed as well. It does take a minute or so for the hot water to flow from one end of the house to the other. The reason for the delay is because the hot water heater is not centrally located. In 4 bedroom/3 bathroom houses in our resort community, water heaters are located in the front of the house in the garage (our arcade room). In 2020, we modernized our flooring to luxury vinyl plank for our guests to enjoy. Though any luxury vinyl plank floor makes a subtle noise when walking on it, we have never had any complaints from our guests concerning the flooring. However, we understand that light sleepers can be sensitive to the slightest sound. The living room is lion king themed, and the kitchen area is Disney themed as well. When planning the dining area, we realized that the dinner table is often a place where special moments happen as families come together and connect while sharing stories about their day adventuring. We chose a table to accommodate a family of 6 just for those memorable moments. The Disney princess and toy story themed rooms are a big hit with elementary aged children. We provide princess dress-up and toy story action figures for small kids to play with just like in Andy's room. The arcade room has a variety of games for everyone of all ages to enjoy and is a great hangout spot for pre-teens, teenagers and family fun. Pre-teen and teenagers, some of which have described the arcade room as "epic", and adults who are excited going down memory lane re-living their childhood years playing Arcade1Up classic arcade games, such as, Pacman, Mrs. Pacman, Galaga, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, Ridge Racer, Tron, Star Wars, Dual Shot basketball, air hockey, and foosball find hours of entertainment making priceless memories. We also include a 43-inch smart tv to watch movies, tv or connect to their personal Xbox or PlayStation brought from home and a refrigerator to put their favorite beverage or snack."

  This property and community is beautiful. The house is perfect for family’s and kids. The hosts have gone all out to make this house part of the Disney experience. It’s clean and well maintained. The arcade room is a bonus. Pool is anlso nice. Great temperature. We were anble to go in it everyday. Lots of pool toys. Our family loved this house.
