To start i had great communication with the host and he seemed generally concerned. However, the minimal pictures were not accurate as to current condition. Dishwasher did not work which I was notified before hand and he offered pool heat at a discount. he ended up offering pool heat for free but it kept shutting down during the stay. Fridge ice maker was broke and made an ice display in the freezer. Limited seating for a five bedroom house and dinning room chairs were in very bad condition. He changed out a living room chair while we were there. the carpet was soaked for first two days from them cleaning it. Carpet needs replacement, is pulling up in areas and very matted down. Batteries in door lock dead as door would not lock when you leave, so I replaced those. One bedroom blinds did not work. Curtain over doorwall bent/broken on one side. On the stairs a tack strip second stair from top is pointing through causing my daughter to cut her big toe open. Downstairs bathroom had a horrible smell the whole time we were there where we tried to avoid it. Toaster worked on one side and was finicky when it wanted to work. Kitchen supplies for cooking were minimal and we had to buy our own. Was told the unit had a bbq grill and it did not and they never brought us one. Only two metal chairs in pool area, definitely not enough for a five bedroom house. Would definiteky recommend up to date pictures of everything and to verify what has been fixed or replaced and what changes are done

- We had the carpet professionally cleaned before your arrival, which may have caused the dampness you noticed, and we’re continuing to update furnishings and address repairs like the dishwasher, ice maker, blinds, and door curtain.
- We provided complimentary pool heat for your entire stay and are looking into the reason for the service interruptions.
- We’ve resolved the stair tack strip and door lock battery issues, and we’re investigating the bathroom odor to make sure it doesn’t impact future guests.
- We’re restocking the kitchen, adding more outdoor seating, and have asked Evolve to schedule new listing photos to better reflect the home’s current condition.

The location was great, easy 20 min drive to Disney. The neighborhood pool and waterslides were a lot of fun. There was a problem with the pool at the house the day we arrived but it was fixed that evening and the contact person was very responsive. The condo is very sparse and in need of some maintenance and a deep clean. The dishwasher was broken and the smoke detector batteries needed to be changed so they chirped all the time. The contact person did not respond when I sent a message about those issues. It was annoying to have to hand wash dishes the entire week of our vacation, but those were minor inconveniences. The cleanliness was a big problem. Dirty beds, obvious bodily fluid stains on multiple beds and sheets. The walls, light switches and handrails on the stairs were absolutely disgusting. The carpet upstairs is so bad it feels crunchy under your feet. Definitely no walking around barefoot. The patio outside desperately needs a good pressure wash. I would stay in this complex again, but not this unit.

- The dishwasher was working before your stay, but the previous guests left it in disrepair. We looked into replacing it but respected your request for privacy.
- We're sorry the home wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. A deep clean, including professional carpet cleaning and a patio pressure wash, has already been scheduled.
- We’ll also ensure smoke detector batteries are checked more frequently so future guests aren’t disrupted.

We paid in advance to have the pool heated as the forecast predicted cold weather. It was cold when we arrived, when we called the owners they wanted us to go out and try to fix it. We couldn't and they advised it was because of the cold weather but would send something out. Three days later and me escalating to VRBO, someone came out, was able to make adjustments to the heating system and the pool heated overnight, on our 4th day. We were promised a refund for those days, still not received. There was leftover garbage in the closets, the freezer didn't work right, the cupboard door hinges were broke. Owners seems annoyed that we kept calling about the pool heat. But the pool at the resort's heater was also broken. No discounts, no refunds. Very disappointing stay, and very sad for the grandkids.
Overall the stay was good . The bunkbeds were very squeaky . The livingroom needs more seating only 4 people could sit in livingroom at a time.

The overall townhouse was nice but lacking so many basic things. The listing stated that there were pool toys, there wasn’t. Each of the 4 bathrooms only had about half of a roll of toilet paper, with no extras. Only half a roll of paper towels and one extra garbage bag. The townhouse only supplied one kitchen wash cloth and one hand towel. There were only 8 bath towels between the 4 bathrooms. We had to make multiple trips to the dollar store for toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels and laundry soap.
