Broken refrigerator
3/5 The house is beautiful and in a great location. Everything about our stay was great except for the broken refrigerator. We noticed on check in that the ice maker wasn’t working and the fridge wasn’t super cold. We contacted the owner and property manager both which were great at communicating. I guess since we were near a weekend they weren’t able to get a repair person out it time.
There was a refrigerator in the garage we were able to use however we still had food spoil, and our ice melted (no additional freezer space), and we ran out of fridge space quickly!

To address this, we have replaced the kitchen refrigerator with a brand-new appliance. Fortunately, there was a second refrigerator available in the garage, which the guest was able to utilize throughout their stay. 5/5 Perfect stay for our group! Thank you for opening up your home. The home was very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, large and open for entertaining. It felt like it had everything we needed as if it was our own home. If I could change one thing about the house, it would be to own it myself. Thank you, 5 STARS!

Beautiful home
5/5 This house is perfect for families. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. There is lots to do including ping pong. The location is great with easy access. No steep drives. Everything you need is furnished in the kitchen. Just bring your food and enjoy.

Best ever!!
5/5 We have been coming to Hiawassee for years and stayed many places. This is, by far, the nicest and the most comfortable that we have ever stayed at. The house and amenities are great! The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the late afternoons. The neighborhood was very quiet which was a huge plus. We had lake view and mountain views. It doesn't get any better than that.
