• Who on earth wrote the prior reviews!! It was the worst property rental I have ever had!

  When I arrived after driving three days from Arizona, I had to wait an hour to get a door code since EVOLVE never sent it to me. Called 4 different contacts and finally the OWNER of the property called me back so I could enter the house.

  THE PLACE WAS FILTHY. I HAVE PICTURES! I had to clean some of it just to stay there. I went shopping and bought pots, pans, a coffee mug, a shower liner, bed pillows, glassware, sheets, towels etc. because I did NOT want to use the dirty things in the house or have them touch my skin. The top of the refrigerator was covered in at least two inches of dirt, which I discovered after PURCHASING A STEPSTOOL because, while I'fm not terribly short, I still could only reach the ONE bottom shelf in the one set of cabinets. None of the other kitchen shelves. And there was no place to put away food or supplies. There was only 4 pieces of each set of cutlery- i.e.. knives, forks, and spoons.

  There is no closet or dresser in the main bedroom, and no dresser in the other. The only place to open a suitcase was on the floor.

  The loveseat in the Living Room SINKS in the middle. Dining room chairs are broken. All of the appliances were old, dirty, scratched, rusty, and dented. The washer/dryer destroyed some of my clothes.

  And NO water pressure in either shower. Really hard to rinse the soap out of my hair! And the hair dryer only blew cold air. If I could have afforded to lose the excessive rent I paid, I would have left immediately. OUT OF ROOM

• Nice Cottage in a Great Location

  The location for this house is great. Walking distance to several little areas of shops and restaurants, as well as a really nice park, plus it is convenient to the interstate and very easy to get to anywhere you might need to be.

  The house itself seems recently redone, and there was a fair bit of construction dust, and I expected it to be cleaner given the hefty cleaning fee.

  All in all, it was a decent stay, and with some attention to detail it could be a great vacation rental.

  The property manager was very flexible about late arrival and the house was very clean and spacious, especially for two people. Loved the back yard!
