Quiet condo overlooking water
5/5 This was a great condo for a group of us getting together for a long weekend in the sun! It is the top unit at the very end of the building and overlooks the pool and the channel/bay side. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and a quick walk to the beach every day. Most of the restaurants and shops are about 1-2 miles away- not a terrible walk (there is a pedestrian/bike lane on both sides of the Gulf Blvd) but we did end up driving after we had been out at the beach all day. The 2 bedrooms are large and had comfortable beds, the loft area has 3 beds with a very steep spiral staircase (like no joke, if someone in your party has difficulty with stairs, they will not be able to get up to the loft) and it is open air to the living area downstairs. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/dishes but limited spices, oils, etc. that you get sometimes with a short term rental. Would stay here again!

Great home close to beach
5/5 This house worked great for us(family of 8). Nice 2 minute walk to the beach. Great layout if you have kids with the loft bedroom. Very clean well kept home.

Great place but stairs are difficult
4/5 The living area and porch were excellent, as were the bedrooms and baths. The stairs up to the unit were very, very difficult to carry up heavy luggage, and getting up to the upstairs loft was even tougher. I would not recommend this unit to anyone older or not in good shape
