  The house was very spacious and clean. Close to Pensacola beach and not far from Destin. It has all the appliances you need and even pots and pans if you want to cook some meals. We will definitely stay here again next time we make it down to Florida.

• Perfect Place to Feel Like Home

  I grew up in FL so when I was here I felt like I was at my house. It was in an average neighborhood but that is not a bad thing. It was close to a boat launch and some fishing spots. Really quiet at night and no issues with anyone. The street had very little traffic. I would stay here again.

  First, I would like to say that this rental is a very basic home and we had a mediocre stay. We were able to have a good time at the beach, this house just didnt meet our expectations according to the description of the home and amenities. How ever I would like to make sure future renters are aware of what they are actually getting. This house is 8 miles from the beach at best not 4 as it states in the description. The location is in the middle of a semi sketchy looking neighborhood. Claims to be a nice view of a golf course, there is absolutely no view of anything but an overgrown yard. If there is a golf course, it must be closed or overgrown as well. Upon arrival the key box was already unlocked, and the key was exposed so anyone could just get in. The house appeared tidy, but the floors were dirty and left your bare feet black. Rugs were full of sand. There was food under the couch and in the couch cushions, there was mildew in the master suite toilet bowl like it hadn't been actually cleaned in a while. There was a unknown white residue on a couch cushion. The fans in the living room didn't work and only one of the lights did. There was food under the microwave and a live roach made its way onto the counter. There were tons of crumbs under the toaster like it had never been moved and wiped down. There was not a toaster oven. There is not a crockpot for cooking it's a rice cooker. The keurig still has a used pod in it from the last guest. The drain in the guest bathroom doesn't drain so we cleaned it out and pulled probably months of hair out of it. Still didn't drain. The description doesn't specify that the in-suite bathroom is in the room with the two queen beds. Makes no sense, the two beds should have been in the guest room. The air vent in the guest bedroom above the door is open( a big hole above the door) so you can hear everything and there is no privacy. Oven/stove is super confusing to use, Checkout instructions are super confusing. Strip the linens, don't strip them, wash all the towels but put them with the linens in a pile?? Pay attention to the pictures, no dressers, no tv's in the rooms. I emailed the contact 3 times and never received a response. Called her and she assured me there no way it was left dirty as she had just checked the property the day before. I explained that if you're just eyeballing the surface, I'm sure it did look clean, but it certainly was not. Over I would DEFINITELY pass on this rental.
