5/5 The house was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and staying on the canal was a bonus.

This home is in need of significant maintenance.
2/5 1) The lower awning windows of the master bedroom do not lock and can be lifted up from the outside to the wide open position. One of the windows was covered in duct tape since it was cracked. 2) When the toilets of the upper floor bathrooms are flushed the kitchen sink, lower level bathroom toilet gurgle and get backflow. On the 3rd day the backflow was so great that the lower level bathroom toilet and shower overflowed on to the floor. 3) There is a heavy mirror on the wall above the bed in the master bedroom. The fasteners that are used to secure it to the wall at the top have pulled out nearly 3 inches and it looks like it’s ready to fall to the floor. 4) While walking across the lower level patio barefoot I stepped on a glass sliver. It was then noticed that there were many small pieces of glass on the patio blocks. 5) The backyard is very messy and the decking has many boards that have rotted. 6) The clothes dryer had a sign on it that it was out of order.
