Overall, great experience. Property mgr was very responsive. Gave it a 4 overall due to some peeling paint and exposed wires along with some inaccurate pricing of on-site amenities.

Booked through VRBO managed by EvolveProperty#7458537Very unhappy with this property. I have booked 5+ properties through VRBO and this was the only one that definitely did not meet our expectations. What does premier host mean anyway? So ran out of paper towels the next morning. Ran out of toilet paper the next day. No dishwasher pods to even wash the dishes in the dishwasher as we were requested to do upon leaving. Found several dirty utensils, tray was disgusting. One washcloth for two people for three days for probably six showers impossible... Three towels but one had hair on it. Place definatly needs some TLC. Dishwasher not connected to the counter top. Wire going across the floor onto the patio tripped a few times. Beautiful view from the bedroom if we could see through the dirty windows. Rust in quite a few places, entry door, circuit breaker box, conduit for the wiring light on the balcony. Coffee table not very stable, headboard bang the wall. Tub would not drain freely as full of hair.Need better filter system as smelled the odor of marijuana every day. Then there's the valet parking but we're supposed to get a $5 discount he said nope it's $15 a day no matter what. Then there was the beach chairs and umbrella. We're supposed to get a discount we asked for Jose told him we're staying in Charlie's place he said how do I know where you're staying I don't know who Charlie is what's his last name no discounts on the weekend over Memorial weekend. So not very happy about that. Sorry to be so negative but this is constructive criticism. We work hard, tried to get away for a weekend relaxing anniversary weekend to not worry about anything but these were unpleasant issues to deal with. We had a fabulous dinner at the Italian restaurant and the views were beautiful but will not be back here.

  • Fine unit - great amenities

The unit could have been cleaner (dust and dirty toilet) & there are some updates that are needed (missing half of screen door, wires that were tripping hazards, only one side lamp in living space, old rusty/dirty air returns)Loved the view and the tiki bar & onsite restaurant were awesome. Overall, the building could use some maintenance but I suppose that is what keeps it within the current price range. The amenities are what made the stay great. The unit could use some love though. Just personal opinion.

I spent the weekend with my college roommate and it was perfect. The condo itself is as pictured. Nothing fancy but right on the beach with beautiful views. I agree with others that it could use a good cleaning and updating but it looks exactly like the photos so no surprises. We did leave cleaning products, paper towels, napkins and laundry detergents. There was non of this when we arrived. We also purchased wash clothes and towels since there was only 2 washcloths and 4 old towels to use. The beach is beautiful and clean and you can walk forever. Lauderdale by the Sea is a 15 minute beach walk with lots of cute shops and restaurants and bars. Very Fun area. The tiki bar on the property is always packed and really fun as well. The condos are attached to a hotel- the rooms are the same price as the condo so I have no idea why someone wouldn't rather have the space of 2 bedrooms and a living area.Large grocery store with beer and wine is a 5 minute walk. We rented a car but didn't need one as we didn't want to leave the beach since the weather was fantastic. The only other thing I would suggest is that the owners get real beach chairs and towels for the property. We probably should have bought those as well. We paid $30 a day for umbrella and 2 chairs and towels. Overall Well worth the price !

  • Short get away

Right on the beach. Nice little getaway The view is blocked some by the left side of the building. Didn’t realize based on the picture that it was obstructed from the left. There is a lot of wiring from lighting or something just laying on the floor right in front on balcony door. Trip hazard. The bar downstairs is pretty loud when it is busy. Plus the smell of fried food from the restaurant really comes into the room. Hard to smell fresh open air. I did like the place, I may just be a little older for area.
