Hi Kentoria, this homeowner and their team work hard to provide a five-star experience for all guests, and they assured us that the house is always thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. We'd like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
-Evolve, as well as the local contact did not receive any communication from your group. Had either received a communication, they would have been happy to help with any issues during your stay. We have never experienced issues with mold in the rental and we investigated the home after we heard of this concern, and found no evidence of mold. Given mold can have health concerns, we'd like our future guests to know that we take the appropriate steps to ensure mold is not present within the home.
-Our property along with the entire complex is sprayed and inspected regularly by a professional exterminator to keep our home pest free. We wish you would have followed up with us the owners or with our local property manager to notify us of the issue as the Evolve support team instructed you to do. Without notifying us or the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly
