5/5 The Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Homeowners were very responsive and friendly. The condo was stocked with everything we needed during our monthly stay (beach chairs, pots/pans, plenty of towels, Etc.). We are already looking forward to next year!

Mesmerizing sea and comfortable place
5/5 We much enjoyed our stay. The unit is as described. Comfortable and well stocked with linens etc. Convenient to stores and restaurants with short drive to I95 and I4 to explore Florida.Mesmerizing view of the sea with squadrons of pelicans at window level, offshore fishing boats and beach walkers below. We were lucky to see 3 rocket launches from the balcony.The beach access was by the road access a block away. The building’s stairs were washed away by hurricanes. Crew was starting work on replacement our last week (end of January 2023).Mike and Leslie’s communications were excellent and they were apologetic about the beach access.Highly recommend if traveling to Daytona Beach area.

Wonderful location, wonderful property
5/5 My first impression was how clean and airy the condo is. It is exactly as represented and beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was there upon arrival. Our hosts were very considerate and made sure we were acquainted with the facility and comfortable. Daytona Beach Shores is close to shopping and many restaurants. It's a beautiful area, and this property is on a no-drive beach--perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beach. Happy hour on the balcony was a big plus too! I definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful stay
5/5 This was the best condo. The kitchen had the latest appliances. The keless entry made things very convenient. The neighbors are very friendly. The view of the oceanfront is priceless from the living room and master bedroom. We are looking forward to our next stay.

It felt like home. Perfect stay
5/5 The condo was absolutely perfect. The building itself was clean and well maintained and plenty of parking. The condo has been completely updated and has a great unobstructed straight-on view of the beach and ocean. The no-drive beach is perfect for running, walking, biking etc.
The condo had everything needed including washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Parking in reserved space in garage. Neighborhood is safe and close to pier, restaurants, Ponce Inlet etc.
Looking forward to staying next year. Highly recommended.
