CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 132255
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the dumpster at the entrance of the neighborhood. If more than 3 bags of trash are left at the property, a $5 fee will be incurred for each additional bag
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please leave the garage door opener on the shelf inside the front door
- Please make sure the garage heater is turned off prior to leaving the property
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Adults are not allowed on the top bunk beds

- The Red Line shuttle to the resort picks up at the top of the cul de sac
- One propane tank will be provided. If more propane is needed, guests are responsible for purchasing more
- The complimentary toiletries are provided for 2-3 days. Afterwards, guests must provide their own additional toiletries
