2/5 The area is great. The cabin driveway pathway access are not maintained that i witnessed during the winter. Other cabins do have driveway or pathway clearing and maybe their permanent residents of those cabins. The driveway was not accessible due to snow. We walked from the street where we parked (100'). Walked through the snow. The cabin was not cleaned . Sheets were on the floor and towels were on bathroom floor.dirty No firewood. The views are great. Neighborhood kept the snow cleated off main roads but definitely need 4 wheel drive. Access to Breckenridge was grear. I would rent this cabin in the warmer months from early may to November. I did ask guest host about firewood bc house baseboard heaters were not keeping up with inside temp due to draft and at night house struggled to keep up with 68 degrees. Keep in mind the outside temp was 15 and thats why i needed wood to supplment. I messaged host via text about wood and he told me to get some at gas station. The cabin should have been stocked. I would recommend this unit in warmer months and for a family of four tops.

Very Small Cabin for 4 beds
3/5 The place was really small to have 4 beds. if the weather is good and you will not be in the cabin much it might be okay. We got caught in a winter storm and stuck inside for 2 days and it was really cramped. No cable, the wifi died, and the hot water heater took 90 minutes to recover from every shower, so it was not a fun few days.

Nice area, bad overview of the rental
3/5 Rental was nice but was a few issues with it. First there are light switches all over but none operate anything, mud room light does not work, light over sink and over table did not work. The amenities mentioned wifi, well there was a wifi box but there was no wifi what so ever, it also mentioned a tv, well there was a tv but there was no dish or cable service provided. Tried to contact the owner and had no response. I would not stay here again due to the inaccuracies of the amenities listed.
