Filthy, hard to speak to someone
1/5 The space and location were as expected. If you want to stay in a frat house this is your place. The walls and carpets were filthy. There was spit and grime in all the sinks/mirrors and the shower had to be scrubbed before using it. Fortunately we didn’t use the kitchen because I’m not sure the last time anything in there was cleaned properly- grease splatter on appliances/counter tops, dishwasher was left full- no sponge or general cleaning supplies. The half empty boxes and leftover food in the pantry doesn’t exactly scream sanitary either. We questioned whether or not the sheets were even changed- the main bedroom had uncovered, stained pillow cases we opted not to use. It took a couple days for the local contact to respond who asked for pictures, but if you have eyes you can clearly see how disgusting the house was. Evolve leaves it to be impossible to be reached so moving or leaving easily and getting money back seemed out of the question. I’ve had great experiences renting in the area, this was not one of them.
