Cute Cabin
4/5 Our family came to stay for our summer getaway. It was the perfect timing as it was hot, hot, hot in the Denver area the entire time we were up in the mountains. We enjoyed relaxing with the cool breezes blowing through. Easy day trip to Breckenridge. We had a few issues upon arrival:1. cleanliness and condition of the bedding (lots of animal hair on them)2. main floor bed was so very uncomfortable and in need of replacing3. signs of rodent activity All these issues were brought to the attention of the owner and the on-site contact. We got a quick response to our concerns and I hope that indeed all items will addressed as we were told they would be.Overall once we did some cleaning we had a very relaxing time.

Vaca Getaway
5/5 This is a very cozy place to stay. Great location, very clean, plenty of cooking utensils. The jacuzzi was just icing on top of the cake. Could upgrade the furniture, as the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Very clean and comfortable place
5/5 The process was extremely simple. The owner reached out with the needed codes and information. She gave a close contact if needed. There was no need for any assistance as everything worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was very quiet and peaceful. Even though we were in a small spread out neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return at some hopefully not so distant future time.

1/5 L'emplacement de la cabine est parfait, la vue est somptueuse, mais les superlatifs s'arrêtent là. La propreté laisse à désirer (visiblement des chiens vivent ici à l'année, il y a des poils absolument partout et le jardin est recouvert de déjections canines à différents stades de pourriture) l'entretien du chalet est moyen (le sol est abîmé dans la salle de bain, certains objets sont cassés, les portes portent des stigmates de lutte…). Mais surtout le spa (jacuzzi) tant espéré s'est révélé être un bouillon de culture d'algues vertes. Malgré avoir contacté la gestionnaire, rien n'a été fait… c'était pourtant l'attraction survendue … Cerise sur le gâteau, le chauffage se dérègle la nuit (probablement pour faire des économies) si bien que vers 1h-3h du matin le froid vous réveillera systématiquement… Bref notre séjour à Fairplay n'a pas bien porté son nom…
