  • Perfect Getaway

    My family and I came up for the week of the 4th of July. This was “home base” for us and it worked perfectly. Far enough away from everyone and everything. But close enough when we had plans- the closest town is about 20 minutes away, but most of that is driving out of the subdivision.

    We didn’t see any bears but we did see a moose while venturing into town for the fireworks! That was a neat experience for our kids.

    The only complaint we have about the cabin is that there is no door on the master bathroom, so there is not really much privacy when getting up in the middle of the night.

    We loved the big sectional in the living room and the gas fireplace downstairs! While I already miss the cabin, I don’t miss the roads leading to it. 😝

  • Summer Mountain Getaway

    We enjoyed everything about our stay at this great rental. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. There was lots of space for everyone. There was even a great hike at the back of the neighborhood that we enjoyed. The only negative was the road coming in is pretty rough and rocky. Which is somewhat to be expected. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a mountain cabin.

  • Mountain top views

    The home was perfect and very cozy! The oxygen machine was used and that helped with the altitude. The house faces the East and the sunrises were enjoyable. Several amenities like the coffee maker, deck, indoor fireplace and grill made it feel just like home. I am glad we rented the 4X4 SUV because the last few miles to the Lodge were in rough shape (most likely from the winter plowing) we just had to take it slow.

  • Beautiful Getaway

    Great location, enough room for all 6 of us (3 adults, two kids 11and 14). The property is super quiet and peaceful.The main living area and loft had such beautiful views. Our kids had so much fun with the provided sleds on the property. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again!
