    Manager's Response:

Owner's response: "Brian, we take great pride in our property and work very hard to make sure that all our guests have what they need.
    - We were at the location and did not have any issues with the grill we had it running and ready to grill in a couple of minutes on the first try.
    - All of the furniture may not be new but it is all functional and nothing is broken. We do not feel it is dated and are very happy with our "wood cabin vibe".
    - The cabinets contain only the necessities like flour, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, etc., these are things that a lot of folks don't remember to pack and are grateful they are available. We check on these items regularly to ensure if they need to be removed we can take care of them. So many of our guests have given stellar reviews because of this.
    - The machine in the bathroom is not a crockpot it is a bread machine and it's there because it's very bulky and would have taken too much space in the closet. We don't expect it to get used but it's there just in case.
    - We have a dedicated space to store your skis. The skis are supposed to be inserted behind the bench near the entrance. There is a slot on the bottom where ski tails are inserted and pegs on the wall above are spaced exactly right for skis to fit.
    - There is plastic wrap covering the bottom windows behind the couch in the living room. The windows are single panel (old style) and during cold winter days give feeling cold air flow comes from them (bad isolation). They are covered in plastic sheets to increase the comfort of whoever uses the couch. They do not interfere with anything and there are plenty of windows for the views.
We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we are known for."

  • Exactly what we looked for

    5/5

The condo was in a great location and what exactly what we looked for my family to stay. We had 5 adults and used all 3 bedrooms. Communication for check-in and check-out was great. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updates but overall we had a great stay.

  • Perfect place to stay in the mountains

    5/5

3 friends stayed at the Roxy Mountain condo. Thos of us that didn't get Altitude Sicknesses had the best time ever. Close access to all the mountains, and a warm cozy place to return to after a day of skiing. The owners left some beautiful personal touches including a complimentary bottle of wine. The fridge was stocked with a few condiments and the cupboards had everything you need to prepare a nice meal. We couldn't have been happier staying anywhere else.

Only tip is that the pillows were very flat so I'd recommend you bring your own. Dan and Corrina communicated well in case we needed anything but, it was so great we had to reason to bother them.

  • Great Stay

    5/5

Owners were great in providing ample information about the property and their expectations for our stay. Home was stocked with what we needed for the bathrooms and kitchen, including multiple options for morning coffee which was great. Only quirk to note is that the bedroom downstairs will need to use the bathroom on the main level for showering, brushing teeth, etc., but we didn't find that to be an issue in our group - just an overall note for future reservations. Location is perfect for several different external activities, along with bars & restaurants. Great for a group of 3-5 guests

    5/5

Ours was a quick family visit with my nephew who’s located in Dillon. This property was perfectly located for all the towns we wanted to visit: Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breck, and Keystone. It was close to everything, yet removed enough that the area was very peaceful with a beautiful view from the back deck.We loved the layout of the condo and the huge kitchen table afforded us lots of fun and laughter during games before bed each night. And again, LOVED the back deck for moments of relaxation and planning between outings.Dan, the owner, was very responsive to questions and super easy to deal with. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and sweet “welcome” card that was waiting for us. If I have to be honest, the only drawback for me was the tiny shower on the main floor, but certainly not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back..can’t wait!
