5/5 The house was great! Perfect for our ski trip. We were able to store skis, easily, and the room next to the garage. The drive in to the ski resorts each day was perfect. The view from the living room is unbeatable! The home was warm and comfortable with a beautiful fireplace. We were able to cozy up, make dinner every night in the well equipped kitchen, and watch movies as a family! The host communicated with us very easily and was very hospitable!! we will definitely be back to this amazing home.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
5/5 The house was perfect for an early fall reunion with 9 college friends. The view over Lake Dillon was spectacular, and the outdoor area with the hot tub and fire pit was a nice place to relax after a long day of hiking. No notes.
Dillon Family Reunion
5/5 We had a great stay in the house. Sam, the manager was easy to reach and responsive to needs and questions. Location was perfect and views of the Lake Dillon and the mountains were spectacular. The house had great spaces for family gathering, visiting and just being together. The kitchen setup with a bar/counter top between the cooking area and dining area was perfect for dinners together (food set out on the counter). Loved having 5 bathrooms with 11 people. Overall, the area is quiet, but being near Hwy 6, there is some traffic noise at night (summer visit with windows open at night), but sound machines covered up to allow sleeping! Would definitely rent again if we were to return to this area.

5/5 From the communication, to the arrival, to the stay, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our gathering. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect...minutes from Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone.our family to gather.

Thanksgiving 2024
4/5 This place is great! lots of room! The views are as beautiful as the pictures show. Short distance to Breckenridge and Frisco Adventure Park. My family had such a great time and felt very comfortable. Highly reccomend! The owner has great communication as well for any questions or concerns.
