Very comfortable home.
5/5 Owners were amazing. One morning the hot water heater had gone out. They had it checked and replaced by early afternoon.
Having a grill and smoker was awesome. The backyard is great we were not able to use it much as we were in the snow time frame.
The location with all shopping and restraunts near by is great.
Stayed at this location for a month and not a single day I was diappointed. The owners checked on us and would have gone out of their way to supply the home, shovel the snow, take the trash down, etc.

Perfect Home - Quiet Location
5/5 Our family stayed here over the holidays. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with nearby paths and parks. There is a big backyard which our dogs loved. The home was extremely clean and Ashley the host was kind and responsive. We must come back in the summer to take advantage of the grill and fire pit!

Great stay for a Red Rocks Show
5/5 Cute, comfortable and clean house at an easy distance to Red Rocks. Worked perfectly for 4 friends who all had our own room. Appreciated the thoughtful coffee bar and the amenities for my dog—bowls, waste bags, treats. The yard was pristine and would have been fun to enjoy the outdoor kitchen if we had more time. Great proximity to stores and great walking path in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Easy Stay and Easy for Hosting
5/5 My husband and I stayed here with our pup! It was spacious and clean. Ashley is quick to respond and super helpful. Our pup loved the backyard and wanted to stay out there all day. We even hosted a little get together with friends and the backyard was perfect for hosting. The house is in a convenient location just minutes from Target, good coffee, and other stores.
