  This was a beautifully remodeled, very clean home. The one bed I stayed in was very comfortable. Kitchen was lovely with nice, new appliances. Location is in a forested neighborhood and when it is a bit warmer, the attached deck off the living room/kitchen in the back would be a great place to spend time. All appliances, TVs and heating worked well. If it is cold when you are coming, I'd recommend bringing slippers, as floors are chilly and there is minimal carpeting. The only downside of this rental for me is the adjoining unit that someone lives in, sharing walls with the rental -- there needs to be better sound proofing between the units.

  Me and my family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was well together. Clean, Spacious. I would recommend anyone ti stay here. We were very comfortable.

  Perfect location to go to World of Life Center. We had a conference there and for our first time in MiWuk Village area this place was close. Amenities and creature comforts were great. Although we tried to light a fire and the fire place - it was a little dirty and not cleaned so the smell of the smoke came back into the house. we ended up not using it cause we didn’t know how. Modern decor and great for cooking meals and gathering in living area. bedrooms were cozy. Shower in Master was tiny but I hear that thats the way the houses are in the area. It would’ve been nice to have an instruction sheet for the house on how to work things like - heater, front door combination and fireplace. The heater is a bit loud but it was fine when we got used to it. It’s not extremely loud and you can sleep thru it and it did a good job of keeping place warm. appliances are all new and the seating in living room was comfy. I wish I invited some friends from conference over it’s perfect for a small gathering - hosts brother is next door and was very helpful w lock when we were having trouble locking it before we left to conference - parking was great - tandem it fits 2 cars. It was snowing and our drive way was shoveled so we had a clear parking (thank you!) another note is the one bedroom had a full size bed and the master had a king - plus a pull out sofa bed (we didn’t use but opened it) so the ad says sleeps 8 - it’s more like 6. My friend said the full bed was small so she ended up sleeping on the couch. She’s about 5’4” and she said her feet were hanging off bed. So FYI if your tall - take the Master bedroom. Other than fireplace and a little trouble with locking the combo door this place is gorgeous - washer dryer and all

  appliances worked perfectly. The bed in guest room is more like for 2 kids or a short adult just FYI. Would have been nice to have a blow dryer too but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I would stay there again - definitely.
