poor communication, not clean property
2/5 Upon arrival, linen and towels were left in the dryer and not in the bathrooms. When I texted the property manager, she told us to fold them ourselves or leave. There were coffee grinds in the coffee maker. A bedroom door lock didn't work. The garage was filled with trash and we were unable to park in it. I texted the property manager to ask how to use the fireplace flue. She didn't respond then sent a text meant for someone else. When I inquired again, she finally responded. For check out, I texted the property manager to ask what to do with the trash as the bear bin was full. She never responded.

Steep and deep!
5/5 The house is much larger than the pictures give off. We went during a weekend when it snowed and the driveway is steep with a curve. This made it VERY difficult to get up even with a 4 wheel drive truck. Chains were necessary to get up the driveway with decent snowfall. That's the only downside though, this place was awesome. The hot tub worked flawlessly and was epic. The master bedroom is beautiful. A previous guest has left a soda in the freezer which exploded but other than that the place was spotless and ready for us upon arrival. Check-in couldn't have been easier and we were able to contact the host who replied immediately

Labor Day weekend
3/5 Sadly it was to hot and the house don’t have air conditioner, so was hard to sleep at night due to the heat. Saw couple of mice, and it wasn’t 100% clean….especially outside and main entrance very dusty. Other than that ok. Host answer me every time we needed help!
